We are here to help congergation the health care needs of your student, in conjunction with their doctor's. In order to achieve optimal care and health in the school setting, please have all paperwork completed and returned by the beginning of the school year. This paperwork is required by law, and we are unable to train and delegate health care tasks to the teachers if paperwork is not completed, by the physician.
